Continue developing your beginner Italian fluency and confidence with our Beginner Italian: A1.3 Course, suitable for learners who have completed our Beginner Italian: A1.2 Course or have approximately 40 hours of prior study. This course helps you expand your ability to communicate in everyday situations while strengthening your understanding of essential Italian grammar and vocabulary. It is ideal for learners interested in learning Italian for cultural interest or personal enrichment in a supportive and interactive learning environment.
You will practise everyday communication such as booking accommodation, asking for prices and information, describing rooms and apartments, talking about daily routines and events, and discussing celebrations and special occasions. Grammar and vocabulary are taught in context to help you describe places, express possession, talk about time and routines, and interact in common travel and social situations using a wider range of verbs and sentence structures. Phonetics is integrated throughout the course, with focused practice on the pronunciation of double consonants and key Italian sound combinations such as gh, gu, ch, and qu to help you develop clearer and more confident spoken Italian.
