Venue Hire

WEA Sydney has excellent training rooms and facilities which can be hired on an hourly or daily basis at very reasonable rates. The building is air-conditioned, fully certified for Fire Safety Compliance with Sydney City Council and with our convenient location just 2 minutes from Town Hall Station and the light rail on George Street, we are the perfect venue for you!

Venue Hire Rates:

Weekdays up to 9:30pm:
$80 per hour (Commercial)
$60 per hour (Not-for-Profit)
All Day (9:00am to 5:00pm):
$600 per day (Commerical)
$450 per day (Not-for-Profit)

Weekend rates are as above, plus an additional 25% weekend loading (Weekend opening hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm). If you cancel your booking within 7 days prior to the booking start date, a cancellation fee of $100 applies. Cancellation requests must be put in writing. We do not provide catering at WEA Sydney for room hires.

Room Layouts & Capacity

Rooms are set out as either a lecture (chairs only) or classroom (chairs and tables) layout. The lecture rooms have a maximum capacity of 45, whilst our classrooms have anywhere from 12 seats to 24 seats depending on the room. All rooms contain overhead digital projectors, whiteboards and laptops with Windows 10/11 and internet access.

Parking Rental Facilities

WEA Sydney has car parking spaces available for rent long-term (3 months to 12 months). To enquire about our long-term parking, please contact us.
