Hire a Room

WEA Sydney has excellent training rooms and facilities which can be hired on an hourly or daily basis at very reasonable rates. The building is air-conditioned, fully certified for Fire Safety Compliance with Sydney City Council and with our convenient location just 2 minutes from Town Hall Station, we have the perfect venue for your next staff training program!

Room Hire Rates:

  • Monday to Friday (up to 9:30pm) - $60 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) - $450 per day
  • Saturday and Sunday (9.30am to 4.30pm only) - $450 plus a loading of 25%.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days prior to the booking start date, a cancellation fee of $60 applies. We do not provide catering at WEA Sydney for room hires.

Room Layouts & Capacity

Rooms are set out as either a lecture (chairs only) or classroom (chairs and tables) layout. The lecture rooms have a maximum capacity of 45, whilst our classrooms have anywhere from 12 seats to 24 seats depending on the room. All rooms contain overhead digital projectors, whiteboards and laptops with Windows 10 and internet access.

Please note due to the current situation with COVID-19 and current social distancing requirements, the maximum numbers are as follows:

  • Classroom - 12
  • Lecture - 20

Parking Rental Facilities

WEA Sydney has car parking spaces available for rent long-term (3 months to 12 months). To enquire about our long-term parking, please send us an email.

  • B1 Parking - $467.50 (incl GST + Other Taxes) /month
  • B2 Parking - $445.50 (incl GST + Other Taxes) /month
