ChatGPT is an AI tool many people have heard about but aren’t quite sure how to use. This course provides a calm, practical introduction without technical language or assumptions. We’ll look at what ChatGPT is, what it’s good at, and where it can be unreliable. The focus is on everyday use — drafting emails, organising thoughts, planning tasks, and exploring topics of interest. We’ll also cover common mistakes, how to check responses, and how to use ChatGPT sensibly and safely. Please bring a device such as a laptop or tablet and your charger. Creating a ChatGPT account prior to attending is optional as this will be covered on how to create one in the first session.

DELIVERY MODE

  • Hybrid (F2F & Online simultaneously)
