This course explores communication, teamwork and relationship-building in volunteer settings, helping participants navigate differences, expectations and shared purpose. Designed with volunteers and retirees in mind, the course focuses on making volunteering more effective, enjoyable and sustainable. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own experiences and develop practical strategies for positive collaboration.
