The internet offers endless opportunities to learn, connect, shop, explore interests and access important services. Yet for many people, getting online can feel overwhelming, especially when there is so much information and advice about staying safe. This course is designed to help you feel more comfortable navigating the online world without the stress or confusion that technology can sometimes bring. Whether you want to explore new interests, stay connected with family and friends, access information more easily or simply feel more at ease online, this course offers a great place to start. Take the opportunity to build your digital confidence in a supportive setting and make the online world feel more approachable and accessible.
The Tech Savvy Seniors program, delivered in partnership with the NSW Government and Telstra, offers government-funded digital literacy training for seniors aged 60 and over, and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander elders aged 50 and over. The program supports participants with limited digital experience, helping them develop the skills and confidence to use technology, access online information and services, and stay connected with family and friends.
