Print this page Boundaries with Kindness: A 4-Week Mindfulness Reset for Women in Midlife
Available Classes
So many women in midlife feel pulled in every direction, saying yes (to more tasks at work, children’s requests, partner’s asks, or friends’ commitments!) when they really want to say no. They carry everyone else’s needs and leave their own at the bottom of the list. The result is exhaustion, self-doubt, and a loss of clarity about who they really are. This course offers not just reflection, but the how. Over four weeks, you’ll learn practical mindfulness and nervous system tools that help you pause, access calm, and notice what really matters in the moment. You’ll discover why boundaries feel so difficult for women, and practise a step-by-step framework for setting them with kindness and confidence.
Together we’ll explore how to reframe the inner critic, speak your truth without guilt, and use a clear communication framework designed to make boundary-setting easier and more natural, so you’ll know exactly what to say and how to say it. You’ll walk away with more than concepts and breathing techniques. You’ll leave with a toolkit of simple daily practices and boundary-setting strategies you can apply immediately, 1% at a time, across every area of your life. By creating boundaries that protect your energy and self-worth, you’ll begin to nurture yourself, regain your power, and build the confidence to live more grounded, free, and fully aligned with the woman you were always meant to be.

Explore the fight, flight, freeze and fawn responses, and learn nervous system tools to stay grounded. Begin noticing the yes/no moments in your daily life.
