Long before the Olympian gods, ancient Greek mythology told stories of powerful female deities who shaped the cosmos. This course explores goddesses such as Chaos, Nyx and Eos, tracing the evolution of the divine feminine from creation myths to Mount Olympus. Through myth and symbolism, we examine how these stories expressed ideas about power, creativity and order in the ancient world, and why they continue to resonate today.
