Continue developing your beginner Italian fluency and confidence with our Beginner Italian: A2.3 Course, suitable for learners who have completed our Beginner Italian: A2.2 Course course or have approximately 140 hours of prior study. This course helps you build stronger communication skills for everyday situations while expanding your understanding of Italian grammar and vocabulary. It is ideal for learners interested in learning Italian for cultural interest or personal enrichment in a supportive and interactive learning environment.

You will practise everyday communication such as showing willingness to listen to someone, expressing satisfaction with a proposal, voicing surprise and disappointment, finding out about something, inquiring about the duration of a journey, interacting on social media, expressing needs and opinions, talking about food and eating habits, and commenting on the taste of food. Grammar is taught in context through these topics and includes the Imperfect tense of volere, Present Perfect and Imperfect tenses of sapere and conoscere, the usage of Present Perfect and Imperfect tenses, verbs volerci and servire, the irregular and negative imperative with tu, and pronouns with the imperative mode. Vocabulary development focuses on topics such as travel (il viaggio, andare in vacanza, tipi di vacanza), Mediterranean diet (dieta mediterranea, buon appetito!), expressions like serve/servono, and quello che/volerci to help you develop clear and confident spoken Italian.
