...Four of Australia’s World Heritage sites are mixed with natural and indigenous cultural components: Kakadu, Uluru-Kata Tjuta, Willandra Lakes, and Tasmanian Wilderness. These will be covered briefly. The two most recently added, and purely indigenous cultural heritage sites, Budj Bim in Victoria, and Murujuga in WA will be discussed in greater detail.

- Appreciate the importance of indigenous cultural heritage in Australia
- Gain a knowledge of the aspects of that heritage recognised as of World Heritage outstanding value
- Perhaps visit some of these sites
