Nature Painting in the Wild – Central India
March 25 to April 6, 2027
This fully escorted educational journey combines creative practice with immersive travel through Central India’s forests, rivers and historic landscapes. Blending nature-based painting with wildlife experiences and cultural exploration, the program offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply with the natural environment.
Guided painting workshops with wildlife artist Deeksha Chauhan provide structured yet flexible creative development, suitable for all levels. Participants may choose to focus on painting or enjoy the broader cultural and nature-based experiences.

Itinerary Snapshot
Delhi – Jabalpur – Bandhavgarh – Khajuraho – Orchha – Gwalior – Delhi
The journey begins with arrival in Delhi and travel to Jabalpur for a cultural introduction along the Narmada River. The program then focuses on extended stays in Bandhavgarh National Park, combining painting workshops with wildlife safaris. Travel continues through the temple complexes of Khajuraho, the historic town of Orchha and the architectural heritage of Gwalior before returning to Delhi.

Optional Extension
An optional Golden Triangle extension (Delhi, Agra and Jaipur) from March 19 to March 25, 2027 is available prior to the tour, including a Taj Mahal visit. Details available on request.
Fitness and Accessibility
This journey involves walking, and periods of standing. Participants should have a good level of mobility and be comfortable navigating uneven surfaces, stairs and possibly very warm conditions.
