Wildlife Photography and Beyond (Rajasthan) - March 7 to March 20, 2027

Explore the vibrant landscapes, wildlife and cultural heritage of Rajasthan on this immersive, fully escorted educational journey. Combining expert-led wildlife photography experiences with rich cultural encounters, this tour takes you from royal cities and desert landscapes to some of India’s most renowned national parks.

Guided by experienced escorts and featuring photography workshops with award-winning photographer Aishwarya Sridhar, this journey is ideal for photographers and non-photographers alike, with optional activities available throughout.

Course Overview

This unique program blends wildlife safaris, photography learning and cultural discovery across Rajasthan’s most iconic destinations. Highlights include stays in heritage properties, private game drives in tiger and leopard reserves, and hands-on cultural experiences in historic cities.

Itinerary Overview

Day 1–2: Delhi and Jodhpur
Arrival in Delhi followed by flight to Jodhpur, the Blue City, known for its forts, palaces and vibrant culture.

Day 3: Jodhpur
Explore Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and local markets. Enjoy a desert sundowner experience with camel ride and BBQ dinner.

Day 4–5: Udaipur
Travel via Ranakpur Jain Temple to Udaipur. Explore the City Palace, gardens and temples, and enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Pichola and cultural performances.

Day 6–8: Ranthambore National Park
Travel via Chittorgarh Fort to Ranthambore. Participate in photography workshops and multiple private game drives in search of tigers and other wildlife.

Day 9–13: Jaipur and Surrounds
Continue to Jaipur with a leopard safari in Jhalana. Explore Amber Fort, City Palace and local markets. Participate in workshops and a curated food and craft walk. Optional visit to Bagru village for traditional block printing experience.

Day 14: Departure
Return to Delhi for onward international flights.

Fitness and Accessibility
