This is a continuation from Latin Intermediate 1. This course will continue to concentrate on the formation of syntax and on the understanding of the complexity of Latin writing. Students will have suffiecient knowledge to read some original Latin. The course will examine aspects of Roman history and culture which provides a better understanding of the language. In addition, an acquaintance with Latin literature and culture allows student to appreciate the English language and generally, European history.
