Combine letters of the alphabet in a variety of different ways to create exciting designs by using a number of different scripts, both traditional and modern forms. We will also experiment with the placement of the letters to produce contemporary patterns by using different layouts, as well as colour, to enhance the designs. To create texture various tools will be used. Several small projects will be completed. All you need to join this course is to have learnt one calligraphic script using a broad-edged nib.
