Do you replay conversations in your head, avoid saying what you really mean, or leave interactions wishing you had responded differently? This practical workshop offers mindfulness-based tools to help you communicate with more calm, clarity and self-trust. You’ll learn how to pause before reacting, ground yourself in difficult moments, listen more fully and speak with greater intention. With guided practice throughout, the course focuses on tools you can use straight away in relationships, at work and in everyday conversations. Suitable for beginners, with no prior mindfulness experience required.
