Qigong (pronounced "Chi-gong") are ancient Chinese exercises that combine meditation, controlled breathing and gentle movement, providing increased levels of vitality for mental, physical and spiritual health. Anyone – regardless of ability, age, or beliefs – can practice these techniques to become healthier and happier. Student are required to bring a mat if lying down for meditation, a bottle of water, comfortable clothes and shoes. Please do not eat 30 minute prior or after session, drinking water is okay.

COURSE OUTLINE

Throughout this course, participants will engage in various practices of Spring Forest Qigong Fundamentals. These practices encompass gentle movement exercises, breathing, meditation, vibrations, and more. Each session will consist of 30 minutes gentle movement exercises, followed by 30 minutes of meditation. Spring Forest Qigong can be practised standing, sitting or lying down.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this course, students should be able to:

  1. Learn how to incorporate Spring Forest Qigong into their every day practice, leading them towards a more vibrant and joyful way of living
