This course is perfect for intermediate learners who wish to deepen their understanding of the Russian language while exploring its rich poetic tradition: its folk songs, poems for children, classic and modern poems. The students will journey through the works of renowned poets such as Alexander Pushkin and Mikhail Lermontov, Alexander Block and Anna Akhmatova, using their masterpieces to build vocabulary, improve pronunciation, appreciate the nuances of Russian grammar and style, and gain a deeper understanding of the culture. The studying will boost students’ comprehension, creativity, imagination and communication skills in Russian. Initial acquaintance with the language is preferred.
