Cheryl holds a BA and MA in Classics & Ancient History from the University of New England. For 7 years she attended the Alliance Francaise in Sydney as well as a Summer School at the University of Aix-en-Provence. Cheryl also undertook Italian language studies at the Dante Alighieri Society in Sydney. She has a Fashion Design Diploma from the Haute Couture Academy, Sydney, an Interior Design Certificate from the Nilsson School of Design, Sydney, and spent nearly 7 years undertaking voice studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She and her husband are regular travellers, particularly to Italy and France, showcasing one of their main motivations to discover and learn about the cultural heritage of other countries.
