If you have used Xero at a basic level but want to use the program to start working on your business instead of in your business, this is the course for you. With Single Touch Payroll reporting to the Australian Taxation Department becoming manditory for all business owners next year, if you have one employee or more, it’s time to learn how to get this accounting package to do all the hard work for you. This course covers the payroll features of Xero so if you manage payroll for a small business, you’ll want to check out this course. We cover setup, payruns, reporting and reconciling in Xero payroll.

Please note: This training will be delivered on Personal Computers in our computer room with a Microsoft Windows 10 environment. We do not provide Mac computers but you’re welcome to grab your MacBook and come along, however the tutor will not be able to solve technical problems in class. If you wish to BYO laptop, please make sure it is fully charged.

Assumes a basic understanding of the internet as well as basic knowledge of personal computers and the Windows operating system. This course is intended for people who have used Xero and want to learn how to use the Payroll features.

The learning pathway shall consist of face-to-face delivery involving class room demonstrations; discussions; practical tasks; group activities; Q & A and one-on-one support.
