Using Colour in Calligraphy

Colour is an important part of the calligraphic process and this term you will discover new ways to use it to enhance your work. We will explore colour in depth in ways that you may not have tried before, working with colour relationships, using it on different surfaces, experimenting with a variety of tools. Creating colour combinations allows you to achieve that extra ‘sparkle’ in your work. A class calendar will be produced at the end of the term. All you need to know to join this course is to have learnt at least one calligraphic script.

This class will be delivered online via the online platform Zoom. Enrolling students need to ensure they have an email, a reliable internet connection, microphone/speakers and access to a tablet, smartphone or computer.
