350 Years of Rembrandt's Women

2019 marks the 350th anniversary of the death of the Dutch Golden Age painter Rembrandt, and his life and heritage will be celebrated throughout The Netherlands. This evening session will focus on Rembrandt’s Women – loving and sensitive paintings of the important women in his life, magnificent commissions of society ladies and touching drawings of mothers and babies and smiling servants. All are as relevant today as when they were created.
