This course develops your ability to discuss experiences, express future plans, describe health and wellbeing, and give practical advice in everyday situations.

You'll communicate about leisure activities, travel, health and personal wellbeing while building vocabulary for symptoms, cultural activities and everyday life. Grammar continues to develop in context through present perfect forms, future structures, imperative verbs and practical language used to express intentions, opinions and advice.

  • Time expressions: ya / todavía no
  • Future structures: ir a + infinitive; querer / pensar + infinitive
  • Forms: exclamations
  • Verb forms: doler
  • Verb usage: ser and estar
  • Mood: affirmative imperative (form and uses)

Phonetics

  • Intonation: exclamations
  • Stress: stressed syllable
