Spanish Intermediate Conversation (A2-B1)

This course aims to improve Spanish communication skills for everyday use at intermediate level to improve their oral communication skills in Spanish using a variety of topics and in a range of everyday situations. Students will practice and improve speaking and listening skills through simple conversations, newspaper/radio or TV news, role-playing games, debates, presentations, interviews and other communicative activities. Each class will be focused on a current topic and the vocabulary related to this and its implementation is worked on through conversation. This course is designed for intermediate students who have completed at least approximately 150 hours of Spanish. However, the course may be useful also for students at higher levels who would like to revise and consolidate elementary conversational skills.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this course, students should be able to:

LANGUAGE CLASS TRANSFER POLICY

If you are a new WEA Student and enrol into a language class and subsequently find that you are at the wrong level (whether too high or too low), you are permitted to transfer into another more suitable class at no additional cost, provided that the request is made within the first two classes and is in writing from your tutor directly to the Education Manager. After that point, an administration fee of $30 will apply.
