Qigong (pronounced "chi-gong") is working with the intelligence of the life force energy by combining gentle movement exercises, meditation and controlled breathing, providing increased levels of vitality, mental, physical and spiritual health.  Qigong is for everyone - all ages and ability; and can be practiced sitting, standing or lying down. The simple yet powerful Spring Forest Qigong movements are created by the founder Grand Master Chunyi Lin. Master Lin's vision is to create "A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering". Please bring a mat if you choose to do this practice lying down and do not eat 30 mins prior or after the practice.
