Paper is one of the most versatile materials for craft making. Origami, paper quilling and decoupage are highly inventive techniques used in paper crafting. Origami is a Japanese paper folding technique to transform a sheet of square paper into 3D objects, such as figurines and flowers. Paper quilling involves rolling paper strips to form coils and shapes and assembling them with glue to create beautiful embellishments. Decoupage, a French word which means to cut out, is a decorating technique where pictures are cut out and glued onto a plain surface of an object to enhance visual appeal. Paper and glue are provided.
