Whether we are in our 30s, 40s or 50s each of us eventually awakes to the recognition that we have crossed the line we instinctively call the middle of life. Questions like: Have my choices been good choices? What do I want to do with the rest of my life? What changes do I need to make? What is the meaning of my life?
