Latin Intermediate 3

This is a continuation from Latin Intermediate 2. The closeness of inspection in reading Latin fosters precision in the use of words. It also provides a model for careful reading and writing of English. Each meeting will look at some aspects of Roman history and culture, in the context of the study of the language. Even a modest acquaintance with Latin automatically extends your English vocabulary.

This class will be delivered online via the online platform Zoom. Enrolling students need to ensure they have an email, a reliable internet connection, microphone/speakers and access to a tablet, smartphone or computer. Classes will consist of a minimum of 1.5 hours virtual class time, together with 30 minutes worth of work to be completed independently.
