A series of short and practical discussions – each followed by a simple (yet powerful) hands-on practice. Group discussions following each practical will give the opportunity for students to ask questions. This is a great introduction to the “System of Yoga” providing simple, down to earth practices that you can do again later at home. No previous Yoga or Mindfulness experience is required. Exercises are gentle and straightforward. Discussions and practices include: The Spine, The Breath & The Mind. The afternoon will conclude with a guided relaxation practice incorporating the concepts introduced.
