Meditation a great remedy for dealing with stress. Yet many people who learn some form of mediation don’t continue maybe because it too much effort to still the mind and concentrate on nothing. What if you could meditate with no effort? Effortless Meditation Technique (EMT) is a technique that is easy to learn and enjoyable in its practice. Some stretching and basic yoga moves will be introduced to assist longer bouts of meditation as every round takes the mind deeper and deeper and by the end of the day the participants in group mediation will have many an opportunity to engage in deep relaxed state.

  3. Learn how to meditate on a plane, train and even corporate settings at work so they have the basis tool to a natural enjoyable activity rest and physical rejuvenation and enjoy a state of "self-referral"
