"The City that Never Sleeps": A Walk around New York

One of the best ways of exploring the history, culture and landscape of New York City is to walk it. Explore the stories and the history of this global city, concentrating on Manhattan. We visit cultural centres, meet the locals and explore the subway; and walk the full 23km length of Broadway to appreciate the wonders and sights of Manhattan. Suitable for those planning to visit New York for the first time either from their armchair or in person; or for those wanting to relive their travel memories

This course will be delivered both face-to-face at WEA Sydney and online via the online platform Zoom simultaneously. Enrolling students need to ensure they have an email, a reliable internet connection, microphone/speakers and access to a tablet, smartphone or computer if they are attending via Zoom or have read the current COVID-19 Safety Guidance that WEA Sydney has put in place before enrolling into the face-to-face class.
