Start your beginner Ancient Greek learning journey with our Beginner Ancient Greek: Course 1, designed for learners with no prior knowledge of Ancient Greek or those who wish to refresh the basics. This introductory course builds the foundations needed to read and understand Ancient Greek texts while expanding your knowledge of core grammatical structures and vocabulary. It is ideal for learners interested in learning Ancient Greek for cultural interest or personal enrichment in a supportive and interactive learning environment.

You will begin learning the Ancient Greek alphabet and work with simple sentences and core grammatical patterns. Grammar focuses on the definite article, first and second declension nouns, regular present tense verb forms, and the verb εἰμί (to be). These elements are introduced in context to support accurate reading and understanding of introductory Ancient Greek texts.
