Available Classes

Ideal for absolute beginners who have little to no experience with knitting or for those looking for a way to refresh their knowledge, this course will teach students the basics of this ever-popular craft. Starting from how to comfortably hold knitting needles and carry yarn, casting on and casting off, all the way to mastering the two basic stitches (garter and stocking) that can be used for any project. Students will also learn how to count rows, what gauge/tension is and why it’s important, as well as how to read and follow a beginners-level knitting pattern.
