This course is broken up into seven (7) sections. They are:

  1. Assess Quality Audit Scope and Objectives
  2. Communicate With Auditee Regarding Proposed Quality Audit
  3. Identify Resources Required to Conduct Quality Audit
  4. Develop and Submit Quality Audit Plan
  5. Prepare Audit Team
  6. Review Auditee Documentation
  7. Identify and Prepare Checklists and Audit Related Documentation

At the conclusion of this course, you will be asked to complete an assessment. The information contained in this resource will assist you to complete this task.


COURSE CONTENT
Assess Quality Audit Scope and Objectives

  • Determine and discuss audit objectives with the auditee, client and all other relevant parties
  • Determine and discuss scope of the quality audit with the auditee, client and all other relevant parties
  • Identify relevant standards that impact on the environment in which the audit operates
  • Determine scope commensurate with identified risks
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

Communicate With Auditee Regarding Proposed Quality Audit

  • Determine audit history, organisational structure and culture through consultation with the auditee
  • Negotiate and ensure agreement with auditee, the proposed audit methods and techniques to be applied
  • Outline audit processes to establish dequence of audit activities, and the roles of the auditors and auditees in the process
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

Identify Resources Required To Conduct Quality Audit

  • Identify resources required to perform the quality audit efficiently and effectively
  • Select audit team members on the basis of relevant expertise
  • Confirm availability of resources required to conduct the audit with auditee
  • Assign roles and responsibilities to audit team members
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

Develop and Submit Quality Audit Plan

  • Develop quality audit plan according to established scope and objectives
  • Assign timing, schedules and responsibilites for implementation of the audit plan
  • Develop audit priorities and ensure agreement with auditees and audit team members
  • Document and submit audit plans to auditee
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

Prepare Audit Team

  • Inform audit team members of their responsibilites, audit objectives and scope
  • Communicate audit plan and schedules to all audit team members
  • Discuss and clarify audit methds and techniques with audit team members
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

Review Auditee Documentation

  • Review auditee’s previous audits to establish possible impact on the conduct of the current audit
  • Review and check relevant organisational documents for accuracy
  • Resolve arising problems with auditee and relevant parties
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

Identify and Prepare Checklists and Audit Related Documentation

  • Develop checklists to reflect audit scope and objectives
  • Develop or obtain documentation required for the audit
  • Prepare agenda for entry meeting
  • Include value-adding activities in audit related documentation where required
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Course material will be accessible only for 6 months from payment date. Extensions will be granted only in the case where WEA Sydney’s website is not accessible due to maintenance or other technical issues.
  • Once your enrolment has been processed you will be issued with a password within 48 hours sent to the email you provided. This will provide 24 hour access to on-line course material, test and other resources. This will be sent to the email address you have provided.
  • No qualifications or special knowledge of a subject is required unless specified.
  • A certificate is issued automatically once the course test is completed with a 90% success rate.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once you log into the course, no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds/Deferral (into a different course) are processed only within 29 days after the issue of the log-in and only in cases when the log-in was NEVER used.
