This course is all about being able to implement marketing activities described in a marketing plan, to monitor their effectiveness in meeting organisational marketing objectives, and take actions to improve marketing performance.


This course is broken up into three (3) sections. They are:

  1. Implement Marketing Strategies
  2. Monitor Marketing Strategies
  3. Evaluate and Improve Marketing Performance

At the conclusion of this course, you will be asked to complete an assessment. The information contained in this resource will assist you to complete this task.


COURSE CONTENT
Implement Marketing Strategies and Tactics

  • Brief stakeholders who participated in the marketing planning process on their implementation roles and responsibilities
  • Identify and brief marketing and non-marketing personnel critical to the success of the marketing plan, on the objectives of the plan, performance measures, and their roles and responsibilities
  • Prioritise marketing strategies and identify resources for their implementation, in accordance with organisational requirements
  • Implement communication and team building strategies to ensure that personnel responsible for each element of the marketing mix work together to meet the organisation’s marketing objectives
  • Implement strategies for monitoring marketing activities and analysing marketing performance, in accordance with the marketing plan
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

Monitor Marketing Strategies and Tactics / Evaluate and Improve Marketing Performance

  • Monitor and implement promotional activity against communication objectives in the marketing plan
  • Monitor product, pricing and distribution decisions against operational policy and the objectives of the marketing plan
  • Monitor marketing results against targets in the marketing plan
  • Monitor marketing revenue and costs against budget, and analyse record variations
  • Prepare and present marketing that indicate ongoing progress towards marketing objectives
  • Regularly assess marketing performance against objectives
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through discussion with customers and personnel responsible for each element of the marketing mix
  • Change business practices in line with changing customer requirements to maintain business relevance and viability
  • Document recommendations for improvements in accordance with organisational requirements
  • Communicate changes to marketing objectives and targets with relevant stakeholders, to facilitate implementation
  • Assessment - ‘True’ or ‘False’ Quiz.

  • No qualifications or special knowledge of a subject is required unless specified.
  • A certificate is issued automatically once the course test is completed with a 90% success rate.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once you log into the course, no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds/Deferral (into a different course) are processed only within 29 days after the issue of the log-in and only in cases when the log-in was NEVER used.
