Concessionary fees, where applicable, are listed in the course guide. Concessions are available to aged pensioners, veterans, seniors’ card holders, social security beneficiaries, full-time students, people with disability, sole parents and members of affiliated unions. You need to provide evidence of entitlement on enrolment – either in person or by fax or photocopy.
PLEASE NOTE that concessions cannot be claimed after you have enrolled in a course.
Concessions are now available for specific courses via web enrolment. If you think you are eligible for a concession and wish to claim it while enrolling online, you must write your concession card number on the registration page in your profile. Alternatively you can contact us on 02 92642781 to provide your concession number. If you have enrolled into a course via the web without claiming your concession (if applicable), you will not be able to claim any gap refunds.
Applications for reduction of fees on the grounds of hardship will be considered. These need to be made in person to the executive officer and will be treated in the strictest confidence.
